About the role

Citizens Advice SORT Group is seeking a motivated ICT Apprentice to join their team in Manchester. This role offers hands-on experience in IT support and digital services, ideal for someone passionate about technology. The apprentice will provide first-line IT support, resolve hardware and software issues, set up and maintain IT equipment, install software updates, assist with user account management, and support network infrastructure. Responsibilities also include logging support requests, maintaining asset records, assisting with data backups, and following cybersecurity best practices. The apprentice will also support colleagues with Microsoft 365 applications. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop valuable IT skills in a supportive environment.
