About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive. Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring health, safety and well-being of children, and following safeguarding procedures. The role requires good communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, logical, team working, creative, initiative, and patience skills, with a genuine passion for working with children.
