About the role
This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to develop your childcare career at Little Pickles Nursery Tenterden Ltd, working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You will support children aged 0-5 in their learning and development, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, and ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. The role requires good communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with children. Training is provided by Parenta Training Limited, combining workplace learning with regular tutor support. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for career progression into senior roles within early years education.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (Pass). Desired: GCSE Early Years Practitioner (Pass). Strong communication and attention to detail skills are essential.
