About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a qualified Early Years Educator. As a key person, you will be responsible for a group of children, building strong relationships with parents and carers, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met. You will work in partnership with families, offering stimulating play experiences and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Key responsibilities include advising management on any concerns regarding child well-being or safety, participating in team and appraisal meetings, and undertaking necessary training for personal development. The role requires a commitment to safeguarding and promoting child protection procedures. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position.
