About the role

Become a vital part of a child's development as a Key Person at Happy Nest Nursery. You will build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring each child's individual needs are met through stimulating play and activities. This role involves working in partnership with parents, advising management on child welfare and safety, and actively participating in team meetings and personal development. You will ensure children are kept safe and understand child protection procedures. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and achieve an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, with training provided on-site. Upon successful completion, there is potential for permanent employment.
