About the role
Happy Nest Nursery is seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Childcare Level 3 Apprentices. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children aged 1 month to 5 years, becoming a key person responsible for their learning and development. You will create stimulating play experiences, liaise with parents and carers, and ensure children's safety and well-being. The role involves active participation in team meetings and required training, with a focus on personal development. The apprenticeship standard is 'Early Years Educator Level 3', with training provided at the nursery. A DBS check is required.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, numerical, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, patience, and physical fitness skills are desired.
