About the role
As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice with Flaming Grill, you will be the face of the company, ensuring every guest has a positive experience. You'll greet customers, offer recommendations, prepare and present drinks, serve food, and maintain a safe and clean bar environment. The role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face and remote sessions with a dedicated Learner Coach, and in-workplace support. Upon completion, you will gain a Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service Level 2 qualification, with potential for career progression within Greene King's well-known brands.
