Join the front of house team at Dukes Head Billericay and become the friendly face guests remember. As a waiter, waitress, or bartender, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of the menu, offer personalized recommendations, and inject your personality into every guest interaction. With opportunities across over 13 brands and 1600 businesses within Mitchells and Butlers, your potential for learning and growth is extensive. Responsibilities include welcoming and farewell guests, communicating service details, upselling specials, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling queries professionally, collaborating with the team, maintaining cleanliness, participating in training, and adhering to brand and legal standards. No prior experience is needed; a warm and helpful attitude is key. This 15-month apprenticeship leads to a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 standard qualification, delivered through work-based training with remote check-ins and workplace mentorship. Upon completion, further progression to higher-level apprenticeships is available, alongside benefits like significant discounts, Wagestream access, and paid qualifications.
