About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join the front of house team at Henbury in Bristol, becoming the friendly face that guests remember. As a waiter, waitress, or bartender, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of the menu, provide personalized recommendations, and inject your personality to ensure guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and bidding farewell to guests, communicating service details and offers, providing excellent service, handling queries and complaints, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in team meetings and training. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
