About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Community Pubs, you will prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard. You will maintain hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen, communicate effectively with your team to deliver quality meals on time, and stay updated on new products and menus. This apprenticeship includes work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and a workplace mentor. You will also have the opportunity to join a Chef Academy with masterclasses in different cooking areas. Community Pubs are part of Greene King, offering a welcoming environment and a chance to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
