About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Hungry Horse, you will prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations. You will maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, communicate clearly with your team, and keep up to date with new products and menus. This apprenticeship includes work-based training, with regular support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy to develop expert knowledge and technical skills in different areas of cooking.
