About the role
As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice with Hungry Horse, you'll be the face of the company, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You'll greet customers, offer recommendations from behind the bar, prepare and present drinks, and assist with serving food. This role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, a passion for great service, and a positive, team-player attitude. You will receive on-the-job training with support from a dedicated learner coach and workplace mentor, and the opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. The apprenticeship includes work-based training with no college attendance required.
