About the role

The IT apprentice will support the effective operation of the Chamber's CRM system, business applications and data processes. Working alongside the business assurance manager, the post holder will gain hands-on experience in CRM administration, data management, reporting, business systems support and digital improvement projects. This role is designed for someone with an interest in technology, data, databases and business systems who is looking to build a long-term career in a data-focused role. The apprenticeship offers a clear development pathway to a future CRM and Data Officer position. Through practical experience and formal learning, the successful candidate will develop specialist skills in CRM management, business reporting, data analysis, automation and database administration.
