About the role

Simpac Ltd is seeking a motivated Digital Applications Support Apprentice to join their growing Digital Team in Thornliebank. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification while gaining practical experience in a leading packaging manufacturing company. The role involves utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting, managing financial transactions with Access Dimensions, updating customer records in Echelon (CRM), and supporting procurement processes with Approach. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting digital application issues and generating reports. They are looking for someone with good numerical ability, an interest in data and spreadsheets, and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with benefits including free onsite parking and 28 days annual leave.
