About the role

This is an entry-level apprenticeship role within our support team at UNIVERSAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. You will learn how to provide friendly, reliable first-line IT support to customers while working towards your apprenticeship qualification. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to build practical skills. Duties include acting as a first point of contact, logging support requests, troubleshooting basic IT issues, assisting with hardware setup, supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows, performing routine checks, creating technical notes, liaising with third-party suppliers, and supporting larger projects. A genuine interest in IT, technology, and helping people solve problems, along with good communication and organizational skills, is essential. Full training will be provided, and the role offers a recognized Level 3 ICT qualification and hands-on experience.
