About the role
This IT Support Apprentice role at Spark EPoS offers a comprehensive training program in IT support and robotics. You will learn to manage robot mapping, navigation, and testing, assist with site surveys, prepare equipment for installations, and maintain stock records. The role involves supporting the installation, configuration, and commissioning of cleaning and service robots, including charging stations, workstations, and software. You will investigate hardware and software faults, escalate issues when necessary, and provide support via various channels. Customer onboarding, user training, and planned maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities. You will follow strict security and data-handling procedures. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for career progression into roles such as IT Support Technician, Robotics Support Technician, or Field Robotics Support Engineer.
