About the role

Join B&Q Derby as a Showroom Project Coordinator Apprentice and embark on a journey to make customer dreams a reality. This Level 3 apprenticeship focuses on customer service and sales, where you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending the right finance, products, and installation options. You will utilize software to create inspiring designs and guide customers from initial ideas through to project delivery. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as you'll collaborate with colleagues and installers. You'll be motivated by targets, possess a keen eye for design, and be comfortable working as part of a team to solve problems. Flexibility to work a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is essential. B&Q offers ongoing training and development, with the apprenticeship lasting 13 months, but you will join on a permanent contract.
