About the role
Join B&Q as a Showroom Advisor Apprentice in Hinckley and embark on a rewarding retail career. This role offers the chance to help customers with their home improvement projects by providing expert advice and design solutions. You'll earn £14.10 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives. As part of the apprenticeship, you'll gain a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification. Duties include assisting customers, creating designs using software, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively with colleagues and installers. B&Q is looking for individuals with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with a keen eye for design. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays is essential. This is a permanent contract with on-going training and development opportunities.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above.
