About the role

Kick-start your retail career with B&Q as a Showroom Advisor. Earn £14.10 per hour while helping customers bring their home improvement projects to life. Duties include assisting customers, producing inspirational designs using software, and coordinating multiple projects. You will work closely with colleagues and installers to ensure the best service on every project. Sales are important, but the primary focus is on the customer. You will need strong communication and relationship-building skills, be motivated by targets, and work well in a team.

The apprenticeship is for 13 months, leading to a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification. You will also receive sales masterclasses.
