About the role
Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join their IT team in East Riding of Yorkshire. This role involves providing day-to-day IT support to colleagues, including logging support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with hardware and software maintenance. The apprentice will also help manage IT equipment stock and set up meeting rooms. This is a Level 3 apprenticeship offering valuable skills and experience in a professional legal environment. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for permanent employment or further progression. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician qualification, with potential for Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics and English.
