About the role
This is a varied, hands-on digital marketing role supporting three areas of the business. The apprentice will be responsible for maintaining the company's digital presence, creating engaging content, and developing learning and marketing assets. Key duties include updating website content, managing content databases, creating slide decks and marketing materials, building and sending marketing emails, and supporting campaign activities. The role emphasizes attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, rather than specific tool experience. Ideal candidates will have some experience in marketing or digital roles, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Experience with CMS like WordPress and a proactive approach are beneficial.
