About the role

This Apprenticeship is for an Operations Support Analyst within the Modern Workplace team, ideal for individuals starting their career in IT. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience supporting colleagues with their daily IT needs, developing essential technical skills, customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of workplace IT services. No prior IT experience is necessary. The role involves responding to IT incidents and service requests, providing first-line assistance, performing routine IT tasks, and supporting users with common Microsoft 365 queries. Apprentices will also assist with meeting room technology and use remote support tools under guidance. A key part of the role is maintaining clear documentation in tickets and contributing to knowledge articles as skills grow. The apprentice will also support the team at Tech Bars and other office locations, adhering to company policies and data protection guidelines. Participation in apprenticeship learning, coaching, and team development activities is expected, fostering curiosity, reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above.
