About the role
The IT Apprentice provides first-line technical support across hardware, software, and networking systems while working toward a recognised IT qualification. This role offers hands on experience in resolving technical incidents, maintaining network and backup systems, and undertaking technical development projects. Duties include first-line technical support, troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, assisting with systems and infrastructure maintenance such as backup checks and PC deployment, and undertaking personal projects for technical development. The apprenticeship focuses on developing core IT knowledge and skills.
