Key duties include logging and resolving support requests via telephone, email, remote support, and in-person, managing user accounts within Microsoft Entra ID, administering Exchange Online, and supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. You will also install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops, troubleshoot networking issues, and assist with software deployment and IT projects.
