About the role
Pearce Healthcare & Mobility is seeking an apprentice Customer Care Advisor to join their mobility showroom in Yate. This role offers the chance to gain practical workplace experience, build confidence, and learn alongside an experienced team while working towards a recognized qualification. Key duties include welcoming customers, developing product knowledge and sales skills, handling enquiries, booking appointments, managing emails, and maintaining the showroom. The apprentice will also support with administration, data entry, and learning about order processes. Strong communication, IT, and customer care skills are essential, along with GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
