About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join FMG Repair Services as a Customer Service Apprentice in Barnstaple. You will be responsible for managing vehicle repair bookings, ensuring minimal customer waiting times and high satisfaction levels. Key duties include booking vehicles in for repair, preparing job cards and files, maintaining records, and handling customer payments upon job completion. You will also be involved in issuing courtesy cars and managing associated paperwork. This role provides excellent exposure to the automotive service industry and the chance to develop strong customer service and administrative skills.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
