About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the property industry. Responsibilities are to include building relationships with applicants through daily communication, scheduling viewings, maintaining and running your own calendar, processing referencing checks, liaising with solicitors, vendors & buyers, canvassing for new properties, answering telephone and email enquiries, negotiating deals, working towards targets, maintaining a high level of customer service, and maximising revenue for the business. You will also be encouraged to foster repeat business and recommendations, work well within a small team, and meet customer demand. As part of the apprenticeship, you must be working towards holding a full UK driving licence and have your own transport in order to conduct viewings. Upon successful completion, a full-time position may be offered.
