About the role
Ardent Social is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven individual to build a long-term career in specialist social work recruitment. This apprenticeship offers intensive training, ongoing coaching, and development. The ideal candidate is motivated, resilient, and eager to achieve success, with strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. Key duties include candidate acquisition, business development, qualification, pipeline management, and ensuring excellent candidate experience. The role requires individuals comfortable with targets, prospecting, and rejection, with a desire to earn and grow. Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. Attitude, initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn are paramount. Progression opportunities exist within the company, aiming for independent billing consultants and potentially senior or management roles.
Entry requirements
