About the role

ESD Recruitment are looking to hire a recruitment resourcer apprentice for their construction recruitment business, based in Dartford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, ambitious, and self-motivated individual to join a friendly environment.

Duties include resourcing candidates through various means, contacting them to qualify suitability, building rapport, and selling the job. You will build and maintain pipelines of candidates, screen potential candidates, collect compliance documents, format CVs, and submit them to clients. Maintaining candidate and client information on the system, creating and managing job adverts, and building relationships are also key responsibilities. Functional Skills in maths and English will be provided if required. There may be the opportunity for a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English Grade 4, GCSE Maths Grade 4. Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, Strong communication skills, UK driving licence, Own transport, Confident telephone manner, Target driven.
