About the role

This Apprenticeship Recruitment Resourcer role at ENGAGE PARTNERS LIMITED offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the recruitment industry from the ground up. You will be supporting a candidate-led recruitment desk, focusing on sourcing, screening, and formatting candidate CVs. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting consultants with daily administration, gaining hands-on experience in market mapping, candidate pipeline building, and engaging with potential candidates. You will also be involved in supporting email campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and developing an understanding of marketing strategies for candidate attraction. This is a role for someone with excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills, eager to learn and grow within a dynamic recruitment business. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9 or A*-C.
