About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a SEN Teaching Assistant at Northway Primary School, working with INSPIRE ATA LIMITED. You will gain hands-on experience supporting pupils in their learning, contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere, and assisting teachers with lesson preparation and activities. Key responsibilities include providing tailored guidance to pupils, supporting behaviour management, preparing teaching materials, assisting with marking and tracking student progress, and ensuring inclusivity for all pupils, especially those with additional needs. You will also encourage the use of technology in lessons and support communication with parents. The role emphasizes upholding safeguarding and student welfare standards.
