About the role
We are seeking a personable individual to join our dedicated team at an award-winning hotel, where exceptional guest service is paramount. As an apprentice, you will gain practical experience in various aspects of hospitality, including event setup, food and beverage service, and guest relations. You will work towards a recognized hospitality qualification, supported by an experienced team. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing event spaces, serving food and drinks, taking orders, assisting with bar service, and ensuring adherence to food hygiene and safety standards. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about hotel operations and develop essential skills in a dynamic environment.
