IT Cloud Support Apprentice

About the role

This IT Cloud Support Apprentice role offers hands-on experience in a school environment. You will provide first-line IT support, manage hardware and software, ensure network security, and assist with AV equipment. This apprenticeship includes training with QA LIMITED and is suitable for individuals with GCSEs in Maths and English (grade 3+) and a keen interest in IT. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for full-time employment within the Enrich Learning Trust.

Entry requirements

• GCSE 3 of any subject: 4+ (A* - C) (Essential), GCSE Maths & English: 3+ (D or above) (Essential), Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Driving licence & own vehicle
