About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to kick-start a career in IT support with Superior Wellness, a rapidly expanding company specializing in hot tubs, spas, and wellness products. You will provide first-line IT support to colleagues across the business, handling queries via phone, email, Teams, and face-to-face. Your responsibilities will include logging and managing IT support tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and setting up IT equipment. You'll also assist with user account administration, IT security protocols, network connectivity, and maintaining IT documentation. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. Upon completion, there are opportunities for further training and progression to a Level 4 qualification.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English (grade 5) and Maths (grade 4), strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, and customer care skills.
