About the role
TEMPTING RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED is offering a Recruitment Apprenticeship at Level 3. This role involves delivering excellent service to candidates, sourcing candidates through various channels, writing and posting job adverts, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is desirable but not essential. The apprenticeship includes training on the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship standard and an End Point Assessment.
