About the role
This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become a Client Engagement Consultant focused on sales and business development. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging new clients, building strong relationships, and generating recruitment opportunities. While you won't manage the full recruitment cycle, you will work closely with delivery consultants. This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven individual with a passion for opening doors and creating opportunities. Previous sales or business development experience, particularly in door-to-door or face-to-face sales, is highly desirable as it develops transferable resilience and closing skills. Duties include proactive lead generation, cold calling, client research, relationship building, pitching recruitment solutions, negotiating terms, booking meetings, maintaining a sales pipeline, and using CRM systems. The apprenticeship includes full on-the-job training and off-the-job training leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard Qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9 (A*-C), strong communication, IT, problem-solving, and organizational skills, ambition, proactivity, and a desire to succeed in recruitment.
