Recruitment Apprenticeship Level 3

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Tempting Recruitment team in Croydon as they move forward into a year of growth in 2026. If you are confident and driven, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent service to candidates, sourcing candidates using various channels, writing and posting job adverts, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records on ATS/CRM. You will also contribute to achieving team KPIs and support consultants with administrative tasks.

Minimum requirements include strong communication and organisational skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is desirable but not essential. IT proficiency is also required.

• GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4-9)
