About the role
This is an entry-level opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to start a career in recruitment. The role involves providing administrative support, sourcing and registering candidates, formatting CVs, maintaining the database, and conducting market research. You will develop strong client relationships and learn to identify, win, grow, and retain business. The position requires resilience, mental agility, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full training and support will be provided.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9 or A*-C, along with strong communication, IT, problem-solving, and administrative skills. Ambition, resilience, and a desire to succeed are key.
