About the role

This is an experienced apprenticeship opportunity for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer at TEMPTING RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED in Dartford. The role is ideal for individuals with 6-7 years of office-based, call centre, or retail management/supervisory experience who are looking to advance their careers in recruitment. The position is sales-driven, focusing on business development, candidate sourcing, and client relationship management. Duties include using job boards, registering candidates, formatting CVs, market research, and business development to attract new clients. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, target-driven, self-motivated, resilient, and possess strong administrative, communication, and IT skills. A driving licence and car are preferred. Training will be provided, leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard qualification.

Entry requirements

  • Desired / GCSE / English / 4-9 or A*-C. Desired / GCSE / Maths / 4-9 or A*-C. Strong admin, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Minimum of 6-7 years of office-based, call centre, or retail management/supervisory experience.
