Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship

About the role

Key duties include using recruitment platforms, conducting cold calls, shortlisting candidates, creating job adverts, updating CRM/ATS systems, providing candidate feedback, assisting with admin compliance, and working towards team targets. You'll develop essential skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and sales within a supportive and energetic team environment.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Additional skills include administrative ability, attention to detail, strong communication, customer care, initiative, IT proficiency, logical thinking, patience, problem-solving, sales skills, and teamwork.
