About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join HOWDEN UK GROUP LIMITED on their Insurance Apprenticeship Programme. You will gain hands-on experience in the Personal Lines division, supporting individuals with their insurance needs. The role involves learning the foundations of insurance, customer service, and sales through structured training and practical application. You'll assist colleagues in finding suitable insurance solutions, actively contribute to achieving sales goals, and develop strong written communication skills by preparing client correspondence. Building confidence in client interactions and learning relationship management are key aspects. The apprenticeship also covers managing policy amendments and renewals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the insurance lifecycle. Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, you will transition into a permanent role within the business, with opportunities for continued skill development and career progression.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Essential skills include communication, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation skills, logical thinking, and teamwork.
