Apprentices will learn the foundations of insurance, customer service, and sales, supporting colleagues in finding suitable insurance solutions, developing communication skills through client correspondence and calls, and building long-term client relationships.

Key duties include understanding insurance principles, providing excellent customer service, managing client records, and learning about policy amendments and renewals. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, attention to detail, organization, customer care, and problem-solving skills. Upon successful completion of the 18-month programme, apprentices will transition into permanent roles within the business, with opportunities for further skill development and career progression. Entry requirements
