About the role

Our Product Governance team helps make sure insurance products continue to meet customers' needs and provide fair value. As an apprentice, you'll learn how products are reviewed, analyse data and customer feedback, spot trends and risks, and help shape improvements that deliver better outcomes for customers. You'll build your knowledge of insurance products and regulations, learn how products move through their life cycle, and support regular reviews to check product suitability and fair value. You will also review information including claims data, customer survey results, and complaints, and compare product performance against regulatory expectations. This apprenticeship offers exposure to various business areas including broking, claims, insurers, risk, and compliance. Apprentices join Howden on permanent contracts from day one and will continue to develop their skills and career within the business after completing the programme.

Entry requirements
