About the role

This Internal Growth Execution Apprenticeship Programme at HOWDEN UK GROUP LIMITED in London offers a fantastic opportunity to join a global insurance group. As an apprentice, you will work with teams across the company, support projects, track results, create presentations, and help turn ideas into action. You will gain a broad view of how the business operates, learn to use data to monitor activity and progress, support campaigns to identify and share opportunities, and create engaging communications. You will also assist with preparing presentations for senior stakeholders, take notes in key meetings, and build insurance knowledge through formal learning and practical experience. The programme is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of business operations and client support within the insurance sector. Apprentices join on permanent contracts from day one and will transition into a permanent role after successful completion of the 18-month programme, continuing to develop their skills and career within Howden.
