About the role
Our Talent Acquisition team helps attract and hire the talented people who drive Howden’s success. As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, supporting attraction campaigns, candidate communications and the hiring process while helping us find future talent for the business.
Key duties include understanding how the team partners with hiring managers, supporting the creation of job descriptions and recruitment marketing content, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, managing email inboxes, reviewing applications, learning to assess video interviews, conducting market research, and using recruitment systems and tools.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, analytical, logical, and initiative skills.
