About the role

This IT Support Apprentice role at ENABLE ADVISORS LIMITED offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart a career in technology. The apprentice will be responsible for managing incoming IT incidents, troubleshooting technical issues for end-users, and ensuring timely resolution. Key duties include handling phone and email support, accurately logging and categorizing incidents, and proactively communicating with customers. The role requires a methodical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a dedication to customer service excellence. The apprentice will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies including firewalls, network routing, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and anti-virus solutions. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone with a passion for IT and a desire for continuous learning and development within a supportive team environment.
