About the role
Gain real hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive IT environment. You will be answering support calls, resolving user issues, repairing hardware, upgrading systems, and supporting Microsoft 365. Responsibilities also include configuring devices, setting up new starters, performing password resets, anti-virus configuration, network monitoring, and laptop/desktop repairs.
