The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. A GCSE in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) is essential, along with a CSCS card. Upon completion, apprentices can progress to Site Supervisor roles, with potential pathways to Project Management and senior leadership positions.
