About the role

As a Civil Engineering Technician Apprentice with Informed Engineering Limited, you will join an expanding team working with 3D CAD Models, asset data, and construction records to deliver accurate representations of assured designs or constructed infrastructure to relevant standards. Your duties will include assisting in design development for infrastructure projects, supporting the production of technical documentation, contributing to coordinated design solutions, and working within BIM and digital engineering workflows. You will also undertake design checking and assurance under supervision, develop an understanding of risk management, and learn to use native design software. The role emphasizes effective time management, client engagement, and building strong relationships. Future opportunities include further qualifications and various roles within the business, such as Information Management, BIM, CAD, Engineering, Commercial, or Project Management.
