Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program to become a Construction Site Supervisor. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting the coordination of construction projects, ensuring health and safety compliance through the review of risk assessments and method statements, and liaising with stakeholders to meet project requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate contractual records, assisting with tender development, procuring materials and subcontractors, and monitoring project progress and finances. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, looking for an entry-level position into project management within the construction industry. Upon completion, there are opportunities to progress to Project Manager roles or even start your own company.
